Sundays quarterfinals at Stoneyburn saw the surprise exit of two seeds in the shape of No2 Grant Logan of Kirkliston and No16 Frazer Muirhead of Uphall Station. Logan- seeking to capture a record establishing fifth Masters Crown bit the dust at the 21-13 hands fellow Hamilton Trophy colleague Paul Sweeney while Muirhead made a 21-15 exit to Tam Whitfield. The other quarterfinal ties saw Ian Robertson edge a 21-19 battle against Pumpherston teenager Liam Thomson while Fleming also had his hands full in dealing a 21-18 exit to Jamie Aitken of Newbridge.
Haddington will represent East Lothian in next seasons Inter County Top Ten having defeated West Barns in the semi final then East Linton to capture the Garden County qualifying event the Jubilee Cup.
