The fallen stars from The Inveralmond Stadium in Livingston escaped from their Division 1 punishment at the first time of asking and are back on track in their mission to capture the premier league title for an eighth time. But life back at the top promises to be tough going as the recently drawn make up of Divisions A and B pitches West Lothian into a section that includes this seasons champions, East Lothian, and losing finalists, Falkirk. Paisley are also recent winners of the PL title while the presence of Ardrossan and Elgin in the B section represent longer journeys on the away fixtures.
The make up of the A section is Bainfield, Blantyre, Midlothian, Lanarkshire, Cumbernauld, and Coatbridge. Balbardie IBC drop out of the Premier League and take up residence in Division 1South where the Bathgate based club have West of Scotland, East Kilbride, Inverclyde, Ayr, and Abbeyview for company.
The Seniors brigade from both the local clubs feature in East B section and are joined by Bainfield, East Lothian, Midlothian, Teviotdale, and Tweedbank.There will also be head to head confrontation for the respective ladies teams with Balbardie and West Lothian competing in Division 1East and in the company of Headwell, Tweedbank, and Teviotdale.
