There was a major casualty in the shape of Kirkliston star Gordon Logan with the 2014 champion just edged out by Dave McQueen of Bellsburn in a 21-20 nail biter at Bankton Mains.

Winchburgh grabbed the headlines in the final days play of the West Lothian Council Trophy hosted by Livingston based club Harrysmuir with the rink of Jim Nicol, Declan Rennie, Brian Clarkson, and Craig Gourlay capturing the title. The final Round Robin section saw Winchburgh top the table ahead of Bathgate BC, Harrysmuir, and Mid Calder.

Armadale are exceptionally well placed to finish top of the Bathgate Area Senior Top Ten league table as they enter the 22nd and final round of fixtures with a 7 point lead over second placed Bathgate BC.
If Armadale were to blow it they would have to suffer an 8-0 defeat at home to Stoneburn in combination with Bathgate winning 8-0 at home to Springgrove.

The draw has been made and looks a real humdinger with, Davie Ross against Calum Logan; Mark Bonnar v Neil Speirs; Brian Craig v Grant Logan; Walter McDougall v Mark Allison; and Tam Whitfield v Steven Forrest.
