East Lothian won the Matt Purdie Trophy at Haddington on Monday following a five shot win over holders West Lothian in a game played on an excellent surface.
The Jubilee Cup for the Top Ten title and a place in the National Top Ten of 2020 was concluded on Sunday and it was Haddington who captured a glorious double having already won the Top Five and inclusion in that national competition next season.
The race for the East Coast Carpets League One title has been blown wide open following last week’s double header as leaders Port Seton lost out twice to open the door for both Haddington and EL Co-op.
